I was able to book the appointment online, which was a big plus for me, immediately received an email so that I could give details of the service needed and got in the very next day. I was early to my appointment but got right in, every issue that I was having was resolved and the service department made sure that my problems were all covered under warranty. I waited for the vehicle and the work only took about 90 minutes. Every member of the service department that I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even the waiting area was comfortable! I was very pleased with the entire experience and definitely have a new service provider for my Trax!

When I went home to get my military ID, I was told the dealership would cut me a check for $500. Apparently they cannot take that money off the purchase agreement and I went back today and was told it could be 2 weeks to get the check. The salesman also told me I could use my GM rewards for accessories. So I went ahead and ordered accessories and had them installed today. Now, the folks in Service said I cannot use my rewards. I have been a customer of this location for years, even thru all the dealership changes and have never had these issues.

My tire pressure was low so I brought it in to make sure something wasn’t wrong with the tire. They checked all 4 tires and corrected the pressure.
